A course focusing on how to prepare and manage the Training Plan. Organised over two days, it will be held on 26-27 May in Bari, 21-22 June in Rome and 28-29 June in Milan
Course objectives
The course is aimed at providing notional bases, tools and techniques useful for governing the entire PA personnel training process. This is because training is the real engine for change in PA, as it is a variable of strategic importance to be planned, managed, monitored and evaluated in an integrated manner with the overall system of internal governance.
To whom it is addressed
The initiative is addressed to all 'insiders' of Municipalities, Provinces, Regions, Ministries and other public bodies interested in the drafting and management of the Training Plan. In particular, to training managers; to General Managers and those responsible for Training Funding Measures provided for by Regional and National Operational Programmes.
