In recent years, Lattanzio KIBS has played a leading role in one of the most important renovation projects carried out in the field of innovation in the justice sector in Italy and internationally.
We have assisted the Ministry of Justice in the reorganization of judicial offices, change management and diffusion of best practices. For the Civil Service Department of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, we supervised the monitoring and evaluation of the telematic civil process.
In the field of international cooperation over the years, we have carried out technical assistance and training in the areas of judicial systems strengthening, public order and security.
