Lattanzio KIBS' commitment towards sustainability is embodied in a set of operational standards that relate to the business management dimension. These standards are based on good practices and ethical principles.
This is what we do with regard to the governance factor.
Economic and Financial Monitoring
A key part of the governance process at Lattanzio KIBS is the annual and muli-year economic and financial planning.
Decisions on objectives and how to implement the business are shared among all corporate functions on the basis of a Business Plan to veriy its sustainability.
Financial monitoring to support strategic analysis and the management control provide objective information and data to support management decision.
Periodic monitoring allows the evaluation of the achievement of results, understanding of alternative scenarios and the identification of deviations necessary to revise and correct strategies and the objectives, in an ongoing process of continuous development.
Lawfulness and Transparency
We adopt the Organisation, Management and Control Model in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/01. In this way we guarantee standards of excellence with respect to the fairness and transparency of administrative behaviours, having identified possible risk areas, control procedures and a disciplinary and sanctioning system. We have set up an effective system for reporting relevant information to the Supervisory Board, guaranteeing the protection and confidentiality of the person who reported it (Whistleblowing).
We always ensure that all our consultants, business partners and suppliers are aware of our policies.

IT security
Lattanzio KIBS invests significant budgets in securing computers, servers, mobile devices, electronic systems, networks and data against cyber attacks, and ensuring disaster recovery and business continuity.
We have specific policies and secured browsing systems to prevent access to unauthorised web resources or those that may be vehicles for threats and we hold the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Certification in information security management systems.
Privacy
Lattanzio KIBS has a Privacy Management Model that specifically takes into account the nature, scope, context and purposes of processing as well as the risk to people's rights and freedoms.
Under the supervision of the Data Protection Officer, we are all constantly engaged in careful auditing of the data we process, of our technical and IT tools, and of our management and control tools, in order to verify that our behaviour and organisational procedures correspond to the purposes of the GDPR.

Work
At Lattanzio KIBS, we have an organisational structure that guarantees occupational safety at all our locations in accordance with current legislation. Due to the type of work done, the most typically identifiable risks can be traced back to those of an office activity and thus related to the organisation of work and the hours spent in front of a computer screen.
For a long time (and well before the 'Transparency Decree'!), we have been providing both employees and freelance experts with clear and comprehensive information on what the work contract implies when they are hired.
Rating of Legality
The company was awarded the highest score on transparency indicators by the Competition and Market Authority.

Lattanzio KIBS is a certified company since 2003.
Protecting whistleblowers in the company
In line with European Directive 2019/1937 governing whistleblowing, Lattanzio KIBS implements an online system for reporting illegal activities or suspected irregularities to the Supervisory Board in an anonymous and protected form.
