Since 2022, Lattanzio KIBS has adopted a Gender Equality Plan that defines principles, tools and procedures to promote respect for gender equality, diversity and inclusion both within our organization and externally to our stakeholders.

For young people

Lattanzio KIBS is committed to the recruitment of young talent at a rate of 10% of the workforce. We offer placement paths and internship opportunities, including curricular ones, that allow young people to acquire educational experience and complement their academic preparation. To support specialization activities during the internship period, Lattanzio KIBS offers scholarships or refunds above the legal minimum.

Work-life integration

At Lattanzio KIBS, we recognise the importance of work/life balance. With this in mind, we adopt hourly flexibility measures on entry and catch-up by extending the exit time, we do smart working on Fridays and make use of the short week. We have more flexible measures for those returning from maternity leave, including ad hoc arrangements, and it is possible to obtain part-time and time off for personal reasons or for study/research. In addition, we have a corporate welfare plan as a complementary tool to public welfare.
