In 2024, we strengthened this vision through specialized training programs, such as the Project Management program. In parallel, we launched a special design thinking project to enhance our areas of expertise, creating dedicated Communities and structured opportunities for exchange and discussion, also thanks to the Lattanzio ACADEMY platform.

Diversity, equity, and inclusion

Our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) has been strengthened through the adoption of an updated management system and the appointment of a Diversity Manager, a key figure responsible for analyzing corporate policies, planning training initiatives, and monitoring their effectiveness.

Regarding gender equality, Lattanzio KIBS has long adhered to the United Nations Women Empowerment Principles (WEPs) and was recently recognized as one of the 20 companies in the Apulia Region awarded for outstanding results achieved in this area.

Since 2022, Lattanzio KIBS has adopted a Gender Equality Plan that defines principles, tools, and procedures to promote gender equality, diversity, and inclusion both within the organization and externally, in relation to its stakeholders.

The internal climate survey provided valuable insights to improve organizational well-being and guide future actions related to social responsibility and sustainability.

To ensure an increasingly transparent and respectful environment, we have adopted a whistleblowing policy in line with Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, allowing anonymous, safe, and protected reporting of any unlawful behavior or conduct contrary to corporate ethics, thereby strengthening a culture of responsibility and integrity.

Innovation starts with young talents. At Lattanzio KIBS, we offer entry pathways and internship opportunities, including curricular internships, allowing them to gain valuable experience and complement their academic preparation.

To support specialization activities during the internship period, we offer scholarships or reimbursements that exceed the legal minimum requirements.

Work-life integration

At Lattanzio KIBS, we recognize the importance of balancing professional and personal life.

In addition to flexible entry and exit hours, we offer the possibility of working remotely one or more days per week. We also provide greater flexibility for those returning from maternity leave, including tailored agreements, and offer options for part-time work or leave for personal or study/research reasons.

Furthermore, we provide a corporate welfare plan as a complementary tool to public welfare systems.
