  • Overall technical and administrative management of the evaluation
  • Management of the entire team of experts to define the evaluation framework and related methodology, initial field mission to conduct briefings and interviews, primary data collection, data analysis and processing, presentation of results
  • Support and quality control (according to WFP's QA system) of all evaluation results

Project Pluses

The Project helped to identify, in the long-term, the best ways for the World Food Program to intervene in Dominican Republic in the future as well as, against the background of the evaluation results, to guide next strategic planning.
