Our internship programs are designed for those nearing graduation or entering the workforce for the first time after completing university studies focused on Government and public policies.
Regardless of the role you will take on in the company, we will provide you with the space and support you need every day to learn, grow, and build your career as a consultant in the public sector.
A Dedicated Onboarding Pathway
We guide you through your entry with a program designed to enable you to start working on defined tasks right away. Colleagues will support you through every phase of your journey, and you will have an open channel with the company to give and receive feedback.
Additionally, you'll have access to development training sessions that will enhance your growth experience in public sector consulting.
Most importantly, you'll have the chance to work on national and international projects, testing your ability to learn and, above all, your passion for this profession.
Together with Universities
Lattanzio KIBS collaborates with universities and postgraduate training institutions to build pathways for integrating talent and promoting a culture of public sector innovation.
We offer scholarships to talented young people seeking a six-month excellence-driven experience in public sector consulting.
We are also open to welcoming undergraduate students interested in a Summer Internship with us.
The ideal profile for the six-month internship:
- Graduating students (or recent graduates) with an outstanding academic record
- Interest in public sector innovation
- Strong motivation for a consulting career
- Experience studying abroad
- Proficiency in a second language besides English (C2 level)

If you have written a thesis on the public sector, covering public policies in any field or the functioning of public administration, you can contribute to the first national collection of theses on Public Administration from 1999 to today through the Atlas of Theses.
YOUTHINKPA, the benefit initiative of Lattanzio KIBS, is creating a permanent observatory from the perspective of younger generations on the evolution of theses in the public sector, ensuring that the research and knowledge contributions of academic work are not lost.
