The ‘Soft skills detection and analysis services’ consultancy for the staff of the Emilia-Romagna Region aims at:
- Mapping and surveying the transversal skills of the staff of the Emilia-Romagna Region
- Making training proposals on transversal skills
- Sharing solutions for the application of a soft skills assessment model
Lattanzio KIBS proceeds with an initial phase of skills analysis, then designs and administers the analysis questionnaire for staff, finally assesses the data collected and defines new training paths.
Project Impact
The Lattanzio KIBS soft skills detection and analysis service contributes to the definition of a standard parameter for the analysis of the soft skills needed by regional administration employees. The definition of new training paths consistent with the analysis of soft skills contributes to the improvement of staff work and a consequent implementation of regional services for citizens.
