A new tool for PA

Lattanzio e Associati in collaboration with FORUM P.A. organised the conference on Social Reporting in PA on 29 September in Rome in the Sala dello Stenditoio of the Centro Monumentale S. Michele. The conference was attended by experts and representatives of public administrations.

The objective: to deepen the opportunities for using this new tool from the first experiences to consolidation in governance systems.

The main interventions 

The event organised by Lattanzio e Associati and Forum P.A was attended by:

  • Leonardo Lo Tufo, General Director of the Municipality of La Spezia and President Andigel - Associazione Direttori Generale EE.LL.
  • Ilaria Bramezza, General Director of the Municipality of Venice
  • Alfredo Alessandrini, General Director Province of Parma

  • Fabrizio Pezzani, Full Professor of Planning and Control in Public Administrations 

Two key phases

The first part dealt with the proposal for a Social Report approach, drawn up by FORUM P.A. and Lattanzio e Associati, aimed at consolidating the Public Governance system. The proposal was discussed with representatives of some administrations that have already experimented with solutions and tools, with a view to optimising and developing the Social Report for the future.

The second phase, saw the presentation of the Experimental Laboratory on Social Report by FORUM P.A. and Lattanzio e Associati, whose aims, articulation and methods (Observatory, seminars, development of methodologies and pilot projects) will be illustrated.

A Guide for the Design and Implementation of the Social Report

Lattanzio e Associati also presented the volume: The Social Report for Public Administration Governance. - Una guida per la progettazione e la realizzazione to integrate a project to accompany and support administrations and their managers in this new path. The volume is part of the publishing series Tools for Public Administration Innovation.
