Principles and Certifications

Lattanzio KIBS works according to a Total Quality Management approach and is certified ISO 9001:2015 for the Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2015 for the Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001:2018 for the Occupational Health and Safety Management System with reference to management consulting; communication and event organisation; publications; research; management training; information systems development.

It is also certified to the international standard SA8000:2014 (Social Accountability International Standard), which guarantees the implementation of a social responsibility management system for human rights, workers and their well-being. In the areas of Gender equality and Human Resources, Lattanzio KIBS has recently obtained UNI/PdR 125:2022 and ISO 30415:2021 (Human Resources Management - Diversity and Inclusion) certifications, as well as ISO/IEC 27001:2013 (Information Security Management System) as far as IT security management is concerned.
