At Palazzo Dogana, Lattanzio KIBS is invited to present Dicolab. Culture Goes Digital during a national seminar on cultural communication

Digital communication at the heart of the cultural debate

Today, in the Multimedia Room of Palazzo Dogana in Foggia, the training seminar “Digital Communication for Culture: Methods and Best Practices” takes place. The event is promoted by the National School of Cultural Heritage and Activities within the framework of Dicolab. Culture Goes Digital.

The seminar forms part of a broader pathway aimed at strengthening digital skills in the cultural sector, with a focus on tools, strategies and languages capable of expanding access to cultural content and enhancing audience engagement.

Lattanzio KIBS is entrusted with the implementation and coordination of the project, playing a central role in defining training content, methodologies and accompanying activities addressed to cultural professionals. During the event, the programme of the Dicolab Basilicata-Puglia Hub is presented, with a specific focus on the opportunities for developing digital skills offered by the initiative.

The seminar brings together high-profile speakers and experiences, including digital communication experts, institutional representatives and academics. Contributions address key topics such as the strategic use of social media and websites for cultural organisations, the evolution of digital communication between personalisation and automation, and the opportunities opened up by artificial intelligence.

The event is part of Dicolab. Culture Goes Digital, promoted by the Ministry of Culture - Digital Library within the framework of the PNRR Culture 4.0 plan and funded by the European Union - Next Generation EU.
