Reporting on objectives and evaluating results as a Benefit Corporation complements the 2023 Communication on Progress for the Global Compact
Innovating the Public Sector
For 25 years, Lattanzio KIBS Benefit Corporation has been dedicated to innovating the public sector, a key driver of economic and societal development, with a dual goal: on one hand, strengthening administrative capacity to improve the quality of services offered to citizens and businesses, and on the other, implementing strategic projects that foster the growth of national systems both in Italy and abroad.
In line with this mission, in 2022 Lattanzio KIBS adopted the status of a Benefit Corporation to create social value. Through the 2023 Impact Report, Lattanzio KIBS Benefit Corporation demonstrates its commitment to achieving common benefit goals by reporting the actions taken and results achieved for future objectives.
Focus on the Next Generation
In 2023, Lattanzio KIBS focused efforts particularly on encouraging young people to engage within public institutions and/or externally for the modernization of the public sector.
This led to the creation of the YouthinkPA initiative, aimed at building communities that involve all stakeholders wishing to contribute to the transformation of the public administration with the involvement of young people.
It is an open platform that engages universities, consulting industries, the innovation ecosystem, and the media.
Impact Evaluation and Agenda 2030
Lattanzio KIBS has also evaluated its impact on human rights, workers' rights, the environment, and the fight against corruption, in order to integrate the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact, to which it has adhered since 2017.
Lattanzio KIBS' Communication on Progress is also available this year on the Global Compact website to report actions, policies, and objectives in line with the fundamental principles of the UN, principles that are already embedded in the company's Ethical Code and integral to its corporate culture.
