Lattanzio KIBS supports the Marche Region with an independent evaluation service to enhance the effectiveness of ESF+ programming
A strategic response to territorial challenges
Over the past fifteen years, the socio-economic fabric of the Marche Region has undergone major transformations, further strained by a double recession and global shifts. With the 2021–2027 ESF+ Regional Programme, the Region has increased funding to €296 million, focusing on employment, social inclusion, education, and youth. In this context, independent evaluation becomes a strategic ally to interpret the local landscape, improve policy effectiveness, and assess the impact on the territory.
