Listening to citizens and municipalities: a key to urban development

Lattanzio KIBS supported the A.T.O. Toscana Costa Authority in conducting an in-depth survey to assess the satisfaction levels of both citizens and the Environment-Waste Offices of local municipalities, key stakeholders in the waste management system.

The project involved over 4,000 interviews with residents and 35 interviews with municipal representatives, combining quantitative and qualitative methodologies.

Thanks to this initiative, detailed data was collected on the perceived quality of services managed by RetiAmbiente S.p.A., allowing for the identification of critical issues and strengths, and the development of performance indicators to inform future improvement actions.
