Lattanzio KIBS is awarded the evaluation

Lattanzio KIBS is awarded the 'Mid-Term Evaluation of African Development Bank's Country Strategy and Program 2021-2025 in Tanzania' project, developed in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and aimed at supporting Tanzania's vision of becoming a competitive and inclusive economy.

The event provides an opportunity to assess the relevance and effectiveness of African Development Bank (AfDB) support in addressing the challenges faced by the country and to identify strategic adjustments, if needed, for the future in the post-pandemic context.

The contribution of Lattanzio KIBS

This evaluation aims to inform the Bank's strategy and operational approach in Tanzania by taking stock of the results of its assistance.

This assessment was designed as an analysis of the strategic positioning of the AfDB in Tanzania in its various facets and components, with the overall objective of providing useful insights to evaluate and improve the implementation of the rest of the CSP.

In particular, the relevance and results of the implementation of the Bank's strategy and program in Tanzania since the approval of the CSP 2021-2025 were assessed, drawing lessons from the implementation of specific operations approved before 2021 and identifying factors that enabled or hindered the Bank's performance.
