A pragmatic vision, stimulating growth
The States General of Management Consulting event was complemented by the FEACO International Conference Growing Europe. The role of management consulting and the Constantinus European Award 2013 ceremony.
To present the Italian data, Confindustria Assoconsult has come up with an adjective, 'responsible': “consultancy must take responsibility for initiating growth and innovation processes” says Ezio Lattanzio, president of Confindustria Assoconsult and FEACO. “The crisis must be seen as an opportunity for companies and public administration; just think of what the public administration, from justice to health, can achieve if guided by consultancy with tools such as the European Social Fund and the Digital Agenda”.
The meeting topics
The organised consulting market and trends, management consulting as a factor of economic growth and its impact on business development were the main themes that emerged from the speeches. Antonio Tajani, Vice-President of the European Commission, sent a letter to President Ezio Lattanzio stating that he shared the recurring themes of Assoconsult Confindustria's analyses, from the importance of stimulating growth to the role of SMEs, from PA to European funds.
