Lattanzio KIBS takes part in the annual event by Repubblica degli Stagisti dedicated to youth and the world of work, featuring new initiatives, insights and awards
Focus on youth and the world of work
On 29 September, “Best Stage 2025 - If 700,000 Seem Too Few” took place in Milan, the annual event organized by Repubblica degli Stagisti which every year brings together students, interns, apprentices, HR and employer branding experts, as well as university career services and training institutions.
The event, held under the patronage of the Municipality of Milan, took place at the Fondazione EMiT Feltrinelli and hosted representatives from leading organizations including Ashoka Italia, Bocconi University, and the think tank Tortuga. Lattanzio KIBS, as a member of the Repubblica degli Stagisti network, was invited to attend the event, reaffirming its commitment to supporting young people, fostering innovation, and enhancing skills development.
The launch of the Observatory “The State of Work”
The 2025 edition marked the launch of the new Observatory “The State of Work”, promoted by the association Journalism for Social Change. The initiative aims to collect data, testimonies, and proposals on youth employment and active labor policies, while establishing a scientific committee and roundtables with experts and institutions.
In this context, the presence of Lattanzio KIBS was significant: an opportunity to engage with other companies and institutions and to contribute to the debate on a decisive issue such as young people’s access to the labor market and the policies needed to support it.
