The conference on the theme and suggestions gathered

The course takes up the suggestions of authoritative speakers and the solicitations of 240 participants at the conference organised by Lattanzio e Associati in Rome on 3 March on the topic of 'The Adaptation of Accounting Systems of Public Bodies and Entities'.

On this occasion, Ezio Lattanzio, Founding Partner of Lattanzio e Associati, proposed an interpretative model of the new regulatory opportunities, with particular reference to the architecture of the planning system, internal controls and analytical accounting.

Course Structure and Aims

The course consists of three classroom days scheduled for 19, 26 April and 3 May 2004 and is aimed at professionals from all public bodies, in particular General Directorates and Organisational Units for Budget, Accounting, Planning and Control.

It is aimed at transferring logics, methodologies and operational tools for the adaptation of accounting systems. The new logics and methods for the economic-financial management of public bodies will also be explored and a path will be proposed for the introduction of a management control system based on delegation and accountability.
