Lattanzio KIBS will hold in April in Rome and Milan the second edition of the Training Course "The Training Plan: methods of preparation and management"
Course Objectives
The two-day course, April 12 and 13 in Rome-April 19 and 20 in Milan, focuses on the theme of training governance and is aimed at providing conceptual bases, tools and techniques useful for governing the entire PA personnel training process. It delves, in particular, into the process of preparing the three-year and annual training plan through the illustration of a step-by-step operational path.
Who is it aimed at?
The initiative is aimed at all "insiders" of municipalities, provinces, regions, ministries and other public bodies interested in the drafting and management of the Training Plan and specifically to training managers; general managers and managers of Training Funding Measures provided by Regional and National Operational Programs.
Course lecturers will be professionals from Lattanzio KIBS who have many years of experience in the field of training.
