The winner and the finalists with merit mention

The winner of the third edition of the PA Thesis Prize is Luca Verzelloni, PhD in Sociology at the University of Trento, with an original thesis on the life of a judicial office: Behind the judge's chair: practices, practices and learning opportunities of magistrates.

An original and interesting perspective that combines the ethnographic approach with the corporatist approach to grasp the crux of any reform: the identification of the frictions that hinder or prevent the transition from the norm to the organisational process.

Merit mentions were received by finalists Chiara Sgarbossa with The role of the CIO in healthcare: a competency analysis model and Marco Bertoni with Who finds a friend finds a job: social ties and the labour market.
