Listening and analyzing to guide the future: the final evaluation of the AWF Strategy
The African Water Facility (AWF), promoted by the African Development Bank, has completed the end-of-term evaluation of its 2017–2025 strategy, designed to improve the quality of life of urban and rural communities and promote sustainable water infrastructure.
To carry out this important analysis, the Facility relied on the technical and strategic support of Lattanzio KIBS. The data collection process included 34 interviews with key stakeholders, a donor survey, and a dedicated case study on Water Master Plans, integrating both quantitative and qualitative data. This participatory approach has highlighted progress, challenges, and opportunities, gathering valuable lessons for the future.
