Two important opportunities are scheduled in December for updates on the reforms that most affect the operations of public administrations
FORUM PA and Lattanzio KIBS, together in the NuovaPA Consortium, are organizing two training packages designed on the needs of PA staff who need timely, comprehensive and quality updates on regulatory changes that impact the daily management of Administrations.
The training meetings
The two meetings are scheduled in Rome:
- The New Procurement Code and the Third Corrective: necessary update to learn about the changes in terms of procurement procedures for the supply of goods, services and public works after the recent entry into force of the Third Corrective to the Procurement Code, Legislative Decree 152/2008. (Dec. 16-17)
- The Civil Service after the Brunetta Reform: update on the new regulations for the containment of public spending that affect the organization and daily management of human resources in the PA following the Brunetta reform. (Dec. 18 and 19)
