Strategic partnerships with stakeholders (including governments, civil society, the private sector, and other UN agencies) when effective prove to be an essential tool for increasing influence and strengthening UN Women's actions in the field of gender equality and women's empowerment. Partnerships can lead to the achievement of sensitive outcomes in the field of Human Rights.
Strengthening collaborations
With its established track record of working with international institutions aimed at delivering highly effective Monitoring & Evaluation services, Lattanzio KIBS will provide its expertise with the aim of strengthening the use of strategic partnerships. The focus of the evaluation will be on the agency's approach to stakeholders and 'organizational effectiveness and efficiency at the global, regional and national levels.
In addition, the Society is committed to identifying good practices and successful innovations that can be replicated in other areas.
