Lattanzio KIBS renews its consulting activities for the multiservice company Iren, with studies of different kinds on brand awareness and listening to its clients

Also in 2023, Lattanzio KIBS is working alongside Iren to conduct studies and research as part of a framework contract on energy and energetic transition in Italy.

In general, the objective is to provide guidance to support Iren's communication and marketing strategies to implement brand awareness and positioning actions, on the one hand, and promotion of products and services made available to current and potential customers, on the other.

A sample of 10,000 respondents

In the course of the assignment, Lattanzio KIBS is tasked with identifying the best research solutions through the administration of structured and semi-structured questionnaires (CATI/CAWI methodologies) on national or local population samples that are statistically representative of the target universe. About 10,000 people will be surveyed by the end of the year 2023.

The study is also an opportunity to continuously monitor Italian households' attitudes toward energy-related issues and energy transition, as well as toward sustainable forms, with an impact in achieving SDGs 7 (clean and affordable energy), 9 (business, innovation and infrastructure) and 11 (sustainable cities and communities).

Energy, and beyond

Among the studies undertaken in past years, Lattanzio KIBS has also been involved in investigating issues such as sustainable mobility, electric cars, sustainable home energy consumption systems, as well as innovative open banking services and analysis of the Italian population's sentiment toward institutions and the economy.
