Strengthening the institutional capacity of public administration
The objective of the assignment in Moldova is to strengthen the institutional capacity of central and local governments for an implementation of government policies in line with the European Principles of Administration (Good Governance).
The project involves the support of Lattanzio KIBS at all stages of the decision-making process, from the identification of needs to the drafting of policies. These include the steps of costing, draft budgeting and approval of legal acts.
For a better connection between governing bodies
Specifically, the project aims to improve the operational linkage of State Chancellery as policy coordinator, Ministry of Finance as budget authority and Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration as monitoring coordinator.
