Lattanzio KIBS defines and implements a new organisational model for the Foundation
A renewed management system to support processes
The Fondazione Collegio Universitario Einaudi di Torino commissioned Lattanzio KIBS to redesign its administrative processes as part of the migration to the civil accounting system and the introduction of a general accounting and management control information system.
The assignment in detail
Once the needs of the organisation in the administrative area have been identified, Lattanzio KIBS will move on to the definition of the new organisational model; it will then prepare an action plan that defines the roles/competencies of the resources and guides the implementation of the new management system.
The assignment is part of the process that will see the Fondazione Collegio Universitario Einaudi di Torino move from the financial accounting model to the new civil accounting system.
