Towards new public management: strategic support underway
The Municipality of Nuoro has launched a capacity-building initiative to strengthen the administrative and managerial capabilities of its territorial PLUS — the new integrated and unified local planning for personal care services.
Lattanzio KIBS is assisting the Planning Office in the adoption of operational tools, the drafting of more effective regulations, and the development of specific skills for the management of social and personal services.
The project combines organizational analysis, technical design, and training, providing a concrete response to the needs of the territory while aiming to improve coordination, simplify processes, and strengthen planning capacity within the social sector.
