Within this framework, the Government has tasked Lattanzio KIBS with conducting a baseline survey on user satisfaction with key Government-to-Business (G2B) digital services, delivered by four strategic public agencies.

Lattanzio KIBS is approaching the assignment with a robust methodological framework, employing professional tools for data collection and analysis to ensure scientific reliability and actionable insights for service improvement.
