Services within the project

The award consists of monitoring and evaluation services on the effectiveness and impact of the actions of the Plan for the extraordinary promotion of Made in Italy, promoted by the Directorate General for Internationalisation Policies and Trade Promotion of the Ministry of Economic Development.

The Goals: Enhancement, More Competitiveness, Market Expansion

One of the main objectives of the project is to enhance the value of Made in Italy products in the world and improve the competitiveness of SMEs operating on the international market. This is followed by the further expansion of Italy's share of international trade (in the face of the record surplus of 42.9 billion euro in 2015, which saw Italy take the lead in Europe, second only to Germany) and support for the attraction of foreign investment. 

The plan involved several Ministries supporting the MISE, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities.
