ESF+ and Next Generation EU finance the programme for the development and implementation of social policies in the municipality of Venice for the period 2021-2027

For municipal efficiency in the field of social policies

Lattanzio KIBS has been awarded technical assistance, coaching and project management services aimed at strengthening the organizational structures of the Venice City Council's Social Cohesion Department in the planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of interventions in the social sphere financed by European structural funds and national funds.
 
The objective is to strengthen the planning, promotion and implementation capacities of the social policies of the Venice Municipality in a unitary logic for the Ambito Territoriale Sociale Ven.12. by pursuing the following macro-objectives:

  • favouring the institutional, managerial and operational integration of social, health, socio-medical, labour, education and housing policies according to a network logic and multidimensional taking charge;
  • guaranting the continuity and stability of personal and family services, with a community perspective; 
  • promoting social innovation objectives which are more responsive to the changing needs of the community; 
  • implementing a community and generative welfare.
