A training course organized by Lattanzio KIBS will start in June in Milan on Tuesday, 21 and Wednesday, 22, and in Rome on Tuesday, 28 and Wednesday, 29, addressing the topic of Local Government Excellence
The course aims to transfer tools and methodologies specific to the management of an institution from a quality perspective, highlighting the benefits derived at both the strategic and operational levels. In particular, customer satisfaction, process approach, development of Quality Plans, Quality Management Systems and the EFQM model.
Recipients of the training course
The initiative is aimed at Directors and General Secretaries and Executives and Officials of Municipalities, Provinces, Regions, Ministries and other public bodies involved in human resource management and organization.
Professionals from Lattanzio KIBS will be the lecturers who will adopt a methodological approach that includes not only a series of theoretical and conceptual indications, but also practical applications and use cases of tools, approaches and models in different public realities.
