EBRD entrusts Lattanzio KIBS with training to review committee to strengthen Tunisian HaICoP.a
Technical assistance for public finance
Lattanzio KIBS, in collaboration with Ficom Conseil, was awarded the Tribunal Capacity Building for Public Procurement Review Body in Tunisia technical assistance project, sponsored by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on behalf of the Haute Instance de la Commande Publique (HaICoP), Tunisia's public finance review body.
The purpose of the project
The staff of the Review Committee, established at the procuring entity, will be trained on the new review mechanism and the institutional requirements of the committee. The training will enable the committee to effectively, efficiently, and independently investigate private vendor complaints in court in accordance with the review and reimbursement procedures introduced by Tunisia's new public procurement legislation.
Lattanzio Advisory is invited to share its know-how in the field of technical assistance in the justice sector by providing training services to relevant authorities. The project is in line with the 16th SDGs 'Peace and Justice: promoting sustainable development, strengthening implementation tools and revitalizing global partnerships '.
