The course focuses on the law reforming access to documents (Law15/2005), which redefined some aspects proposed by Law 241/90 on "New rules on administrative procedure and the right of access to administrative documents"
To whom the initiative is addressed
The initiative scheduled to be held in Rome on Oct. 19-20 and in Milan on Oct. 26-27, is aimed at directors and general secretaries and managers and officials of municipalities, provinces, regions, ministries and other public bodies involved in general and institutional affairs and organization.
The objective of the course
The course delves into the practical application of the regulatory aspects of the law, through some detailed tools such as computerization and multifunctional desks.
Some practical applications and many cases of the use of tools, approaches and models in different public realities are also presented.
