UNICEF's strategy in response to the humanitarian crisis
The objective of the evaluation is to promote lessons learned as well as enable the adoption of a more integrated strategy, building on the strengths and response capacities of Myanmar Country Office (MCO) programmes implemented during the emergency.
The services envisaged
The assignment involves the provision of various services, including:
- overall technical, financial and administrative management of the evaluation
- support and quality control (according to UNICEF standards) of all evaluation results
- definition of the evaluation framework and methodology; briefing and interview sessions; collection (online and field), analysis, data processing and presentation of results
