Technical Assistance for National Geospatial Development Agency.
The Government of Mozambique contracts Lattanzio KIBS for technical assistance services in institutional development strategies and change management on the local 'Spatial Development Program' for the launch of a National Geospatial Development Agency.
Lattanzio KIBS supports the agency in all five project phases, from the analysis of the Program to the development of an Institutional Strategic Development Plan, coordinates and promotes best practices in geo-spatial planning through knowledge sharing, development of socio-economic analysis tools as well as the development of studies for the preparation of integrated geo-spatial planning policies.
