The value of the manual
'I think the text will become a reference standard for all HR trainers and managers working inside and outside public bodies,' said Angelo Lombardini.
The manual, produced by Lattanzio KIBS and the Mipa Consortium on behalf of the Department of Civil Service, proposes a model for training management shared through an impassioned discussion with groups of Managers and Officials from Municipalities, Provinces, Regions and Ministries and tested in some administrations.
