On Thursday, May 25th, at 6:30 PM, Lattanzio KIBS participated in the interesting meeting titled 'Motherhood and work: life experiences,' organized at the Porta Futuro Molfetta office, to delve into the important theme of balancing 'being a mother' and a professional career.
The panel of the meeting included several experts in the field, including Elisabetta Artioli, Head of Communication, Sustainability, and Human Capital at Lattanzio KIBS, who seized the valuable opportunity to discuss the delicate balance between work and motherhood.
A newly inaugurated Job Centre
The meeting is part of a packed calendar of events and initiatives at Porta Futuro, a place designed to welcome, train, and guide young generations in search of their first job or repositioning.
Over the course of the 2022-2025 period, Lattanzio KIBS will be involved in supporting the project in the areas of front office services, reception, training, and guidance at the Porta Futuro office in Molfetta.
