Background
Lattanzio KIBS was the evaluator of the approach used by UN Women to mainstream gender equality and women's empowerment in the development and implementation of humanitarian policies and normative procedures.
The International Women Empowerment Principles Charter
The Charter is based on seven core principles to which the signatories commit themselves: combating gender discrimination; ensuring health and safety at work for men and women; promoting women's education, training and professional development; supporting women's presence in business; mobilizing networks; and finally, publishing the progress recorded.
