The results of the survey published on the online portal of Finance and Savings.
The study focused in particular on the ideal formal requirements that the Navigator should possess in order to best assist recipients of the Citizenship Income in the job search process.
What did the study reveal?
Through a series of interviews with a target group of people between the ages of 18 and 54, it emerged that among the skills most in demand by Italians are, in first place, willingness to engage in dialogue, followed by a good ability to listen and understand the needs of young people and a healthy empathy.
