Awarded the evaluation of the 2017-2021 Action Plan to strengthen the National Child Protection System and prevent violence against children
The project: purpose and ambition
The project, which will end next February, aims to provide an independent and participatory evaluation of the use of the Plan's results. It also aspires to foster the implementation of the tool and generate knowledge useful for the development of the next Action Plan 2022-2026.
Phases and methodology
The Lattanzio KIBS activity, in line with five of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, is structured in three phases. The team of experts will work on:
- Assessment design
- Data collection, including a field mission to conduct interviews and focus groups
- Concluding synthesis
The experts will adopt the Theory of Change (ToC) approach. This framework will help understand whether and to what extent the Plan contributes to positive change processes for children in the country.
