The Importance of Training

Valuing training as a lever to innovate PA, governing training resources, making evaluation systematic and improvement-oriented, managing the complexity of training in articulated organizations.

These are the guiding ideas of the project, which is aimed at all central administrations, regions, provinces and municipalities in order to design, test and share the set of models, methodologies and tools for planning and evaluating training.

Details of the Laboratory

The "Laboratory on Models and Methodologies for Planning and Evaluating Training" will be officially presented with a seminar to be held in Rome on March 29, at the "Residenza Ripetta" Congress Center from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
