The evaluation activities cover the criteria of relevance, coherence, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability of the Programmes aimed at meeting the needs of its Member States.
Lattanzio KIBS implements the evaluation from the design of the overall process to data collection through key informant interviews and meta-analysis of previous reports and evaluation reports, to analysis and reporting.
The final results will provide insights for the development of the next Strategic Plan 2021/22-2025/26 of the Commonwealth Secretariat.
