The World Food Programme (WFP) entrusts Lattanzio KIBS with the evaluation of the 2019-2023 National Strategic Plan
The scenario
Lattanzio KIBS was awarded the evaluation of the 2019-2023 National Strategic Plan.
The Plan, promoted by the WFP, aims to promote change in the Dominican Republic in terms of nutrition, education, food security, social protection and population resilience through an integrated and multi-actor approach targeting governmental and non-governmental institutions/partners and based on environmental sustainability.
The services provided
Lattanzio KIBS provides an independent assessment of the progress and results of the Plan in its entirety for the elaboration of lessons learned and best practices regarding the Plan's performance.
Through the inception and data collection phases, Lattanzio KIBS takes care of:
- Overall technical and administrative management of the evaluation
- Management of the entire team of experts to define the evaluation framework and methodology, initial on-site mission to conduct briefings and interviews, primary data collection, data analysis and processing, presentation of results
- Support and quality control (according to the WFP QA system) of all evaluation results
