Lattanzio KIBS was awarded the Child Protection Strategy 2012 -2016 assessment by UNICEF in ten different districts in Malawi
The strategy evaluation highlighted both the results achieved and the process that led to those results. The aim is to produce informed decisions and improve the structure and approach of similar projects. Lattanzio KIBS analyzed the positive changes produced on the issue of youth protection and the extent of those changes.
Platform promotion and user involvement
The Lattanzio KIBS evaluation fed into the national planning process of the Malawi Growth and Development Strategy (MGDS) and the new UNICEF country program. It has, finally, generated important insights into the policy commitment to intervene against violence against girls and boys.
