Lattanzio KIBS is organizing a training course designed according to Law 150/2000 and dedicated to Public Relations Office and Press Office Managers and Operators. The training will be held in Rome in June and July 2005
The lecturers include authoritative public communication experts and professionals from Lattanzio KIBS.
The aims of the course
The course aims to provide conceptual bases, tools and techniques useful for governing the process of internal and external communication, recalling the importance of the strategic role of communication for PA.
To this end, it proposes public communication topics, techniques and tools for internal and external communication, and models and skills for using the tools presented.
The training modules
Divided into three modules lasting 3 days each, the course will be held on the following dates:
- Module I June 21/22/23, 2005: Role and organizational models of Public Communication Offices (OPR and Press Office)
- Module II July 5/6/7, 2005: Marketing in public services, Service Quality and communication plans
- Module III July 12/13/14, 2005: Interpersonal communication and mediated communication.
It should be noted that the course will also be delivered in part in the FAD (Distance Learning) mode.
