For humanitarian support in Benin
The World Food Programme entrusts Lattanzio KIBS with the evaluation services of Benin's 2019-2023 National Strategic Plan.
The objective is to measure the organisation's humanitarian support in the country and identify lessons learned to guide future interventions.
Planned services
For the duration of the assignment Lattanzio KIBS is in charge of:
- Overall technical and administrative management
- Definition of the evaluation framework and related methodology, initial field mission for briefings and interviews, primary data collection and analysis, presentation of results in info/training workshops
- Logistical organisation of data collection, support and quality control
