Lattanzio KIBS signs agreement in partnership with Fondazione AVSI and Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini: strengthening youth employment in Sierra Leone alongside the National Youth Commission

Job orientation and education for some 2,400,000 young people 

In Sierra Leone, Lattanzio KIBS is committed to increasing youth employment levels. This is through an approach that integrates educational institutions with the labor market. The project's pilot actions include training and job orientation to generate impact on the 2,4002,710 youth involved in the program.

Employment policy and regional development: the goals for replicable practice

The goal of the project is to innovate youth employment policies in Sierra Leone and leverage good practices in other developing countries as well. To achieve these results, an ecosystem is expected to be created involving: the Sierra Leonean government, vocational training centers, colleges, universities, and business incubators.
