Cosmetics, how the customer journey has changed for Italian people

The National Association of Cosmetic Companies' online meeting held on May 13th, 2021 on the topic of cosmetics consumption during the pandemic was an opportunity for Lattanzio KIBS to present the results of its research “Abitudini, fenomeni e Customer journey verso la nuova normalità” (“Habits, phenomena and Customer journey towards the new normal”).

The research, based on the changing logics of cosmetic consumption, focused on the evolution of e-commerce through to new purchasing habits, analysing the main levers that motivated Italian people to change trends.
