The aims of the seminar
The topic of real estate valorisation stems from the consideration that today such assets held by entities can become an important source of financial revenue through appropriate forms of valorisation.
The objective of the seminar is to offer an overview of the opportunities for the valorisation of public real estate provided by the latest financial laws, proposing an in-depth examination of the technical-procedural aspects connected in particular with sales and divestments.
The initiative will be held in Rome, on Thursday 12 February 2009 from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Centro Congressi Conte di Cavour - Via Cavour 50/A.
