The project and the participants
The event, which took place on 30 November 2006 at the Sala Riunioni of the Ministry of Transport in Rome, is part of the project implemented by the Ministry of the Interior Department of Public Security with co-funding from the European Union.
The Ministry of the Environment and Protection of Land and Sea within the framework of the PON "Sicurezza per lo sviluppo del Mezzogiorno d'Italia" 2000-2006 commissioned the project to Lattanzio e Associati, in a Temporary Business Association for the English language module with the Communications Company.
The training involved about 1,200 employees of the Port Authority Corps in Southern Italy through five training initiatives focused on environmental safety.
