Educational resources for learning to interview with empathy
The project revolves around the theme Interview for protection. It is targeted training for UNHCR's on-the-ground interviewers to teach them how to manage emotions, derive useful information, and empathize with interviewees. The goal of Lattanzio KIBS is to design and implement innovative teaching resources that encompass all learning objectives.
Teaching methods, tools and objectives
The project involves light, mobile-compliant, and full responsive e-learning production activities to provide the tools suitable for the difficult work contexts in which practitioners operate. The teaching tools, at the same time, must ensure the acquisition of knowledge, skills and competencies expendable in the field.
